TUESDAY, JUNE 14TH – PERFORMANCE AT GLOBE THEATRE IN VIENNA, AUSTRIA:
June is halfway over! Unbelievable….
Got up early enough today to get in a nice, long workout. I was the only person in the fitness room and the equipment was awesome. Grabbed a very light breakfast with David and then showered and started working.
Walked up to the Billa (mini grocery) with David. By the time we got back, it was time to go to sound check. Sound check took longer than usual. By the time sound check was over, it was time to grab dinner and dress for the show. Several of us walked up to the Kebab stand and got food to go. It was really good but way too much food.
Had a couple of time sensitive emails to get out and by the time those were finished, it was time to depart to the show. Bellamy’s had interviews backstage with two of the largest newspapers in Austria – “Osterreich” and “Kronenzeitung”. Stories will run in tomorrow’s editions.
Show is awesome!!!! Sound in the theatre Is excellent. Except for a few seconds when the power totally dropped. Not sure what happened there! The audience was so enthusiastic and seemed to love the performance.
Bellamys “signed” the wall after the show and we were back at the hotel by around 10 pm. Leaving at 9:30 am tomorrow to “bus” to Graz. That’s going to be a big, fun show kicked off with a “Cowboy Hat Toss Contest” with the media prior to the performance!
